I reached out to Elevation Lodges and at first, I received a timely response. Leron seemed great, we had a plan, and he was going to send me all the information I needed to get one of their units booked for a whole month. I texted, called and emailed back for many days following and received no response. Now another party has booked 4 days in the middle of the month, making my trip and stay no longer possible. This poor communication and service is disappointing to say the least.
