Love Dr. West. He does great work and is very knowledgeable and loves kids and the rest of his staff is very friendly as well. The only thing I'll say is I wish that the nurses would get in more of a hurry bringing the shots in the room because they seem to take they're time and we're stuck in those hot and tiny rooms waiting and I also wish that checkout would be quicker too, only because of the fact that if our baby just had a shot they're screaming they're head off and we're having to be stuck at checkout for longer than need be. Other than those two things this is a great office.

Dr. West is such a compassionate and sincere doctor. He spends as much time as needed when visiting with patients and he is a great listener. His staff is so welcoming and positive when I’m there. Highly recommend this office to any parents!

Dr. West has been our son's doctor since he was born and we've never regretted the decision for a moment. He and his assistants are warm, caring, and engaging. We're lucky to have such a seasoned pro in our community.

Our family LOVES Dr. West and ALL of his office staff!nDr. West, his physician assistants (Raeann & Amelia) are Wonderful and the Office staff has gone Above & Beyond for this family many times. Anywhere from getting our sick kiddos in for an appt. to when our newborn had an emergency crisis. And while in the hospital Dr. West would check in on him.nWest Pediatrics is always on top of their game!n#Genuinecare

I tried many times to make an appointment here. They won't see my child for a GI issue. They won't schedule an in person appointment for any illness. And now they refuse to make a reasonable accommodation for my disabled husband to come with for an annual check up for our oldest. Staff is HORRIBLE. Read the other reviews. I should have listened to them.
