The care provided and the concerned manner of Dr Le-Bert, his PA Scott, and medical assistant Kristen, exceeded all expectations. Also, all of the office personnel were very friendly and helpful. In addition, the compassion and understanding extended to my wife, who accompanied me on my visit and was quite worried about my health and well-being, was greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with Dr John Mooney. He was very responsive to my issue. His staff reached out to me on his behalf quicker than I could the Monday after my visit to the Baptist Medical Center Nassau, just as I was picking up my phone to call. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr. John Mooney was professional, attentive, and a good listener with very good clear feedback.

I love that Dr. Mooney is willing to listen to my input and thoughts and knowledge I've learned, being a somewhat unique/unusual case. So many other doctors can be dismissive when the patient tries to bring something to the table.
