Upon entering the office this morning I was greeted with smiles and a warmth that isn’t usually accompanied with coming to a doctor. The staff at this office put me at ease and my visit with Dr Philips was second to none! He listened intently, answered my questions in a manner that was easy to understand and gave me the on-site I need to help in making wise decisions. This is probably the most efficiently run physicians office I have ever been to and I’m no spring chicken. The staff is very friendly, I have never had to wait long and the Doctor Manolakis and her Nurse Carolyn are above and beyond. If you have to see a GI doc this is definitely the place to go. They take the time to understand and treat your problem in a caring, professional manner. Other offices could learn a lot from them.

A very positive experience. The office staff was professional and efficient. Much detail given to covid safety restrictions. There were only two patients in the waiting room at one time. Dr. Manolakis and RN Land were easy to talk to, understanding, and empathetic. I felt my concerns were heard and treated seriously. The patient interview was not rushed. It was an experience where one felt valued and left confident about the care being given.

Wonderful experience. The Doctor and office staff were very professional and friendly. The Doctor and RN were great listeners and explained everything very well. I felt comfortable throughout my visit and the wait time was less than 5 minutes.

I was very pleased with your practice from the start of making my appointment to after my procedure. Courteous staff & Dr Whitaker made it very easy to share my issues with him, very relaxing & a few joking comments made it even better. The staff & the procedure at Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy went very well. You can’t go wrong if you use this practice, they are awesome.
