Horrible office is right, we use to take our son all the time but on one occasion he was so very sick, we didn't have the copay, they turned him away and we had to take him to the hospital, its all about the dollar, also I have a small niece that had a checkup she made her feel overweight, great job now to repair her self esteem, which she is by no means overweight!
