UPDATE: We went for the first time a few months ago and we have not looked back since! What an incredible pastor and church family. Sundays have become my favorite day of the week, because I leave church renewed and filled with god's teachings. Thank you for bringing so much light to my life in Fernandina.nnPrevious Review: I have not physically attended a meeting at First Baptist Church in Fernandina Beach, but I FEEL like I have. I recently heard about the wonderful teachings of Pastor Zach Terry from a friend and jumped into his online Messages On Demand (on their website) and listened to his part 1 and part 2 on Nehemiah. I found it engaging and look forward to listening to part 3. Thank you for your inspired teaching and clear message.

It's a very nice Church that you can tell is very well taken care of by its members. The music is excellent and the pastor preaches relatively solid Doctrine from what I could tell from my three or four visits. I'm also a little biased because I have some very close friends that are longtime members.

My wife and I came from a fantastic church experience in Maryland and wondered where the Lord would lead us as we moved to FB just over a year ago. After a lot of searching, He brought us to First Baptist. We are so pleased that the preaching is Biblically sound, socially relevant and touches real life...our lives. Pastor Zach is also easy to listen to and to understand. The services are very worshipful and the music up to date with respect for the great hymns of the past. Gary, the new worship leader is incredibly talented.nThe church is entering an exciting time of growth and we are so blessed to be part of it.
