They do a good job and are pretty timely, although the 5 Minute portion of their name is not realistic even if there is no wait. Yesterday they had only one two-person crew there so each car got worked on separately. I probably spent 30 minutes total time from arrival to departure. Also, the crews were friendly and seemed to do a thorough job, but the lead person was very vocal about the fact that he didn’t want to be working there during the heat of the summer and had already found a new job. It makes one question the skill and dedication of the employees if they are openly seeking alternatives.

This place is a thousand times better now that it has changed to a Take 5 from the old Havoline. The service and price were excellent, Daniel is so friendly and efficient and it was a super quick in-and-out with no hassle! He let me see my cabin air filter to show me that it did need to be changed soon, if I didn’t want to do so that time, but without the pushy upsell like Havoline would try! He even offered to have the tech put my new windshield wipers on for me when he noticed them in my bag, which was such a nice gesture. We will be returning here, the service was excellent!

The crew was great overall but Brannon really did deliver a quality first-time customer experience. He was professional, maintained communication, and easily diagnosed and fixed my vehicles issues. Highly recommend Take 5 and if you get the opportunity request Brannon and you won’t be disappointed.
