I had a small nail and they plugged it no charge. I'm fairly new as a full time resident of Fernandina Beach and had never been to them before. I was very impressed with the courteous service and will definitely go to them when I need a set of tires.

Sonya's has serviced my 1999 Toyota for years. I took it in recently for a persistent problem they had not looked at before. I was almost begging them to find something wrong, and had budgeted hundreds of dollars. I rolled out with only a $58.oo invoice and no more problems. I trust Sonya's.

A couple months ago I dropped off my truck at Sonya’s for an alignment. They did a great job.nnAfter 2,500 miles of driving I noticed a slight pull to the right and that the outside of my front tires were wearing faster than the inside.nnI called up the shop and they re-adjusted my alignment to perfection!nnThank you!

I brought my truck in to check out one tire that I thought was out of balance. I brought it in first thing in the morning and they got me in really quickly just by having a parking lot full of cars. after about 45 minutes John the technician pulled me into a shop. He told me that when he started looking at all the tires the weights that my other technicians at another shop had put on there were potentially throwing the balance all out. There were weights all around the rims of the tires.And he said what he wanted to do was pull all the weights off and just start over. he was extremely friendly and respectful, and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Would completely come back here again.
