The financing department is not professional, after several attempts at telephone communication they tell me with a bad attitude that now they cannot talk to me, that they would call me later and I am still waiting.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been calling and emailing for weeks and no one answers. The last thing I want to do is go to the campus while there is a pandemic. Every school I’ve contacted answers right away this is the only school I have a problem with. Honestly if your trying to enroll in the school good luck with that because they will never answer to help you.

This school is a joke. I got admitted and was never assigned an advisor nor any guidance on how to access my student portal. I’m a fully online student. How am I suppose to start my graduate courses if I can’t even access them? Make it make sense! No one EVER answers emails. I’ve emailed Yasdanee Valdes and the the Graduate Admissions office for over a week now and still no one has responded. That’s unacceptable and VERY unprofessional. Do yourselves a favor and apply to an online program that responds to you in a timely manner. I’m definitely reporting this school to the Department of Education.

My daughter played soccer for Saint Thomas University. It wasn’t the most organized, but she enjoyed her time playing. There was normal girl drama that I wish females didn’t have to deal with, but it is what it is. She walked on, and transferred in from Texas and was never really welcomed as a recruit, but she made the best of her situation and was a key starting player for her team.nWhile attending the University they hired a new dean. I had some contact with him, and I understand he is trying to turn things around for the university. They need to hire better quality professors, and better quality staff.nI had the pleasure of working with Alex Matolcsy | Financial Counselor/Collector in Office of Financial Affairs, and he was the one consistent person who always had the answers and replied to emails in a timely manner. If you have any questions in regard to finances he is the only person I would deal with.
