Ive been trying to contact them via phone for 3 days now. I sent money to my mom in cuba about 5 days ago, I got an email saying it could take up to 72 hours for the money to be on my mom’s bank account, it’s been 5 days now, I haven’t received any emails and my mom has not received any money. Very disappointed with this agency. If I’m unable to contact them, my next step will be to call my bank and dispute the transaction. Worst customer service ever, these people dont answer the phone and clearly don’t even bother to call back.

Went on a Saturday. Place was empty. Quick service. No complaints.
