Do not give your business to these people. They are incredibly dishonest and disrespectful. There are many business that conduct the same services around the area that at least have the decency to treat a customer fairly. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for this place. During this unprecedented time, when we are all struggling to get through this pandemic and attempting to provide for our relatives in Colombia, this company decided to take our money, keep us uninformed about the status of the package, and then stall it in Colombia. They are now demanding cash or they will not deliver the package. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers.

The woman who works in the front is extremely unprofessional. She passes the line of unprofessionalism. Apart from the fact that she has poor communication, and will do whatever she wants to with YOUR cargo, she seems to be uneducated. I can forgive her for her incompetence, but for her rudeness I will not. This woman was out of line, first telling me I don't deserve a discount that was decided on by her manager, and then cursing at me, calling me nasty names as I was leaving the store. I am still shocked by her behavior and shocked at the company for still allowing such an ill tempered person to work there. Very disappointing.

I thought they were professionals when I used that company to ship 2 boxes to Colombia, but an item was taken from one of the boxes and this particular company did nothing to replace the item that was stolen. They just kept sending me messages back and forth to make me believe that they care and that they were going to do something about it. In reality they did nothing. Do not trust this agency when shipping items to Colombia. Do your homework fist before you chose this place.
