Mater Academy Charter Middle/High School

This is the best school in Miami. Academically they excel in every aspect. The students truly learn and get a well prepared education for their future in College or University. I have a very good relationship with administrative staff, teachers and employees. They are always open to listen to any concerns from parents or students. They have high technologically based resources for every student and parent. I’m so proud my son goes here and will graduate with a dual enrollment. They have a dedicated person to help with scholarships and future education. I truly recommend this school above any other.

There are so many different kinds of people that each bring something really special to contribute to the school which makes it so unique. I am a student that my teacher know about and I like knowing that my teachers can watch my progress. I feel like they will do anything to help students succeed. I can always go to my teachers. I like knowing that I have someone looking out for me. My school offers so many different opportunities to get involved in things around campus. Even writing for the school website was an opportunity offered to me by my school and I decided to challenge myself by writing an article. Turns out, I really enjoy writing. I might not have had this opportunity at a bigger school.

Mater has been my home since 2016. I have built strong bonds and lifelong friendships. The opportunities this school has given me are amazing and I’ll forever be grateful for Mater Academy. Plus, the schools dance team has given me a second family ud83dudc9aud83dudc9b!

The school is doing well even with virtual classes. teachers are actually teaching and pushing students to do their best. it is not just given busy work. Mater Academy makes sure all students have the opportunity to learn and push them to accomplish even college diplomas

This school offers many different opportunities for the students that attend there. They offer dual enrollment, AP classes, and etc. They also do many different events to keep the students happy and give them many fun memories of their school years. This is a great school.
