Royal Country

It's a clean place, I've always enjoyed the peacefulness and my neighbors have always been amazing. Never had any issues.nMy only gripe is that,nI been living here for 5 years, they have 3 enormous ponds, But you can't fish in any of them, other then the one small section for w/e reason, Or if your house has direct access to the water (mine does not, IT USE too but our previous neighbors placed up a fence around their perimeters which not only removed access to the D slam for Comcast to access the Internet/Cable Box, but it cut access to the lake view from us. I complained to the park about it once while paying my bills and not a single thing was ever done or said.) The security guard told me once to leave because of the flowing fountain which made absolutely no sense, I wasn't going to argue with an Ignorant old man that doesn't understand basic fishing. A lot of the things they advertise on their site about the park recreations will only get you stares and questioned by the security and office people driving around occasionally in carts.nnAlso I want to point out to a lot of the people that are so fond of the playground we have, You're not going to be so fond of it when you find out your little ones have been playing in a playground where teenagers late at night gather around there smoke Marijuana for hours there.nComing home once late on several occasions while grabbing my mail I've seen them hanging and smoking and horsing around, and you can smell the Marijuana from the mailbox area.

Quite, clean, great neighbours and most importantly the office staff is amazing.

Seems well managed and quiet. No rough people hanging around. Nice little playground for the little ones. Cozy and cute surroundings.

Professional too kindly too friendly too helpful too sweet they always listen and help with anything issue like I said too professional the is the reason why I love royal country thanks everyone God bless all you guys thanks

A beautiful community of mobile Homes..NOT A TRAILER PARK..THE PEOPLE TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF THEIR PROPETTY AND THE HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE HAVE A POOL AND SECURITY.nMY FAMILY.HAS BEEN THERE IN PHASE 1 SOUTH IN A 2 BD.RM.2 BATH SINCE 1986. PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AWSOME PLACE TO LIVE. They also have a basketball ct.and little parks for the kids. There is also a clubhouse.
