CVS Pharmacy y más

This is the worse Pharmacy, you call them and your on hold for an hour or more waiting for someone to answer your call. You go to the Drive Thru and your in line for 15 minutes or longer. I had made an appointment for a COVID-19 test for a family member when the person arrived she was told that the Nurse was not there and that they were calling someone to cover. The pharmacist told my family member to drive around the parking lot and just keep checking with them in the drive through. I couldn’t believe it how unprofessional of the staff in this pharmacy to handle a situation like this. All pharmacy personnel should be replaced with new personnel that care about their patients that works fast, efficient and that have the ethics needed to work with patients. You have some personnel in this pharmacy that treat patients rude and don’t care if you complaint, they provide their name to you like it don’t mean nothing to them. The Pharmacy manager does not take the complaints seriously enough to change things in this pharmacy to make the patients happy. There are so many people that hate going to pick up their medicine to this pharmacy but due to their insurance they have to deal with them. This makes me sad because no one deserves to be treated this way. I will continue to complaint to higher departments into this is resolved and hopefully they replace ALL Pharmacy STAFF!
