I kindly called the pharmacy asking details on medication that I needed. ( pain medication) after being told over weekend they need to call the provider to verify I said that’s fine. I call this am and pharmacist tells me she not comfortable refilling this. I said May I ask why and she had no answer. I kindly said I spoke to office this morning and there waiting or your call and informed her there will be a wait and she still refused. I have all paperwork and information on providers. They work in same department as well so this shouldn’t be a problem. I understand her being uncomfortable but she’s not even doing her job. I’ll be making my way down to store to speak to store manager.

Last few weeks they’re apparently TWO DAYS behind on prescriptions the manager informed us that they don’t even know how this happened .nPretty awful. I’ve never been to a publix pharmacy that I had to wait longer than an hour to get my scripts the same day. They can’t do same day fills right now!!!nTime to re-evaluate who they have working there!nRidiculous. Contacting corporatenThis is not something you put aside this is people’s medications !!!!

Never again! Completely incompetent. The are a couple nice techs but being nice doesn't make up for incompetency in multiple areas in the processes at this location. If you expect to get the right medication within a reasonable time frame or at all, I would not recommend this location. I attempted to address my concerns with the pharmacy manager and got absolutely no where. No wonder they are dropping the ball everywhere.
