If you like waiting on hold for an hour at a time to get a simple pharmacy related question answered, then this is the place to call. They take FOREVER to answer the phone - whether it's busy or not, whether the pharmacy literally just opened or if they're about to close. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, it's like they're allergic to answering the phone. It's unacceptable from a costumer service standpoint in general, but it's ESPECIALLY unacceptable considering that this is a pharmacy dealing with people's health. Smh. Pathetic.
Have been calling for the past 2 days to check status of a medication, no matter the time of day I am put on hold for over 20 minutes and by then I just hang up and call again at a different time, same thing. Never using this CVS again.
Lately, this store has been overrun with customers. Which is understandable in this currently climate ie. (Covid-19). However that doesn't mean that there should be a lackluster performance in providing customer service to a potential paying customer. I work in retail in this same shopping plaza so I should know. I was in the store earlier this afternoon 11/7/2020. I only wanted to purchase one item. There was a long line at the front register and only one cashier. And she is not the most proficient cashier there. I know because my associate's and I shop there regularly. I don't know if procedures have changed but in the past most pharmacy would ring up a customer's purchase. Especially, if there's no one waiting. Which was the case when I was there. However the person that came to the register told me that she couldn't assist me ie. ring up my (one) item because she had a lot of other things to do. And she insisted, I go to the front even though I was the only one standing there. I'm not sure what her position is ie. the pharmacist etc. But I found that to be a really poor excuse not to assist me and an even poorer example of quality customer service. Which in our line of work should be our number one priority. Because the time she spent telling me why she couldn't assist me, she could've ring up my one item. Which in turn would've provided me with excellent customer service and time enough to get back to whatever it was she was doing that was more important to her than providing service to a customer that was in store. I'm walking through the store talking with my wife about what color we wanted for our hair and the manager Annette i think is her name , was chasing us through the hole store assuming that we were going to steal something... its incredible that u cant go in a store and buy things with out having someone breathing down your neck I think that was Rude because we never give any type of indication that anything was going to be taken ... You need people with better judge of character as managers.... For as much as I come to this store Spend money as well as get my medications here that was uncalled for I would definitely be changing from pharmacies as well as my family
I wish there was a minus stars. This pharmacy is by far the worst, incompetent store. You literally stay on hold for an hour or more just for questions. I've been bedridden and cant get through for medicine. Sent my son while I was still on hold just for them to say one of my meds was out of stock. Well call another store! These are the most incompetent lack luster workers.
