CMX Cinemas Miami Lakes 17 (Former Cobb Theatres)

I came to this theater 18 miles away from home because of the time of the movie. This theater didn’t have hotdogs or nothing to eat the only thing they had was popcorn and nachos! Then we start to watch the movie Tom and Jerry with the lights on I had to go outside to tell them the lights were still on to turn off the lights in the the theater so then we start to watch the movie in the middle of the movie it just stop and multiple people went to complain to the manager and he come back to tell us sorry that he will give us a ticket each to go watch the movie somewhere else because of the projector stop working and they were not able to put it back after I spend money on the nachos and popcorn and drinks for my family it’s the worst experience I ever had and I never do this give anyone a review but this just was the worst customer service ever wasted my time and my family time! Only one of the girls that sold us the drinks was really nice is the only good thing I got to say about this theater! WONT EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

This movie theater is located in Miami lakes area..The employees are helpful about different movie's..The customers Must Wear a Face Mask while viewing movies and inside the building.. Customers are able to purchase food at the concession stand..The prices are affordable..We were able to pay with Credit card or Cash.

Amazing people working there. Great service and very positive vibes. Nice big screens aswell!
