My experience with Marisa from Snows Jewelers was amazing! I finally had a bit of time to take my 2 broken necklaces to get fixed. Having lived in Miami Lakes since I was 13 (1986), I knew of Snows Jewelers as a respectable and long term store in Main Street. It wasn't hard to realize that I should go there first to see what they can do for my precious jewelry. Marisa greeted me and guided me with her expertise. She answered all my questions and treated my jewelry gently and carefully. Needless to say, I left my items with them because I liked her recommendations and the price was very reasonable. About a week later, she called me, notifying me that my items were ready. I went to pick them up and they looked beautiful! She had them fixed, cleaned, and polished. I am beyond grateful for making me feel like part of the family and professionalism bestowed upon me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have visited Snow's Jewelers since the early 90's either for purchase or repairs. They have always been friendly and accommodating and add to the small town warmth of our Miami Lakes community in addition to their exquisite line of jewelry. Recently, I brought in a diamond ring my Grandmother had given to me. I wanted it reset. We worked together on the new setting but when I went to pick it up I was more than pleasantly surprised. It turned out beautiful and I told them that they did my Grandmother well. She would be so pleased and so was I.

Today, Snow’s jewelers is a rarity. A family owned business in today’s world? Yes, Real people that understand service, listen to your needs and provide EXCELLENT products! The years of experience combined with a new generation of talent offer a perfect union that meets all requirements. A very welcoming business! Highly recommend Snow’s Jewelers to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality jewelry. My husband and I recently purchased our rings here and we were extremely satisfied with the selection of rings as well as the customer service we received from the staff. We were in a bit of a tome crunch to receive our rings and snow’s had our rings ready in two days! My husband also bought a beautiful chain. We will definitely be returning to purchase jewelry from Snow’s in the future.

During late 2020, with Snow’s Jewelers help, I decided to re-design my wedding ring for my anniversary. I could not have picked a better place to do this. Snow’s is a local family owned business in Miami Lakes. One of the reasons that I chose to go to this jeweler is the specialized personal attention. In addition, they have years of experience and a vast knowledge of jewelry. (I don’t like going to bigger places that make you feel pressured, uncomfortable or have staff with little experience). Marissa at Snow’s helped me re-design a new ring and offered great suggestions. Throughout the process, I was updated on the status of my ring. Marissa wanted to make sure that I was truly happy with any of the changes. My new ring is beautiful! I could not be happier. I sincerely recommend Snow’s for any jewelry needs. I have been their customer for other purchases and services. They are honest, friendly and very knowledgeable!
