You are better office visiting baptist urgent care. I did the mistake of taking my son to this facility. I always go to Baptist and for some reason I decided to visit children’s . Bad mistake. The care was poor ,the front desk took more than 5 mins to tend to my son seeing he was having chest pains. There was only one front desk clerk on site. The dr on site was unprofessional and has zero regards for my rights as a mother. If I say NO , it’s NO ! That simple...

The service is always great but what is most concerning is the amount of money they charge for a simple consultation. My daughter's Florida insurance was not active until August, so I have received two bills totaling over $400 for a SIMPLE visit, where no procedures or tests were conducted nor was any medication even prescribed. The physician was in and out! This is an absurd amount to pay for one simple visit, no matter how nice the staff was.

Amazing service! Since the moment you walk in, the attention is impeccable. Judy was so nice and welcoming, all the staff greeted me and my daughter. It felt like family. The waiting time was not long at all. Dr. Diaz was amazing, so sweet and knowledgeable. Amazing center and staff!!
