I have been with this agency for about 3 years the truth that while everything works well there are no problems unless you have a situation like mine that a delivery man treated my mother badly because he could not find the address he told lies to my mother that he had been home and it was not true, maybe she was annoyed but she did not make a scandal as the deliveryman argues since she is an older lady, after practically having made my passport with them taking out tickets for Cuba for all my family, sending money on many occasions renting cars for vacations in cuba, the word of a new dealer weighs more than that of a client of years, well simply the answer to my problem was I prefer to lose a client, well, lost client thank you very much, and of course not I never recommend this agency again
