Considering That It's located in Hialeah ,usually crowded with many different types of characters to say the leastnBut,nI found that the pharmacist Lester helped me with my concerns in a very polite and nice manner I appreciate that very much

The pharmacy department here is largely incompetent. No coordination with medical providers or insurance companies, they expect you to do all the legwork (yet still charge $200 for a generic drug). I recently had a claim processed incorrectly due to CVS fumbling the insurance Group and ID#, something that should be very easy to fix, and instead of correcting their mistake I had to call my insurance to figure out how CVS had messed up (they didn't even bother doing that before rejecting my RX) and then call my doctor to get a new script sent over (which they should do as a courtesy considering it was their mistake). La ley del menor efuerzo aqui. Find another CVS.

The new manager is doing a great job, waiting time has been cut in half or less, great customer service....best place to get the flu shots this year.
