Customer service is appalling ,,, bad manners ,, a way of explaining required information using inappropriate argumentation even when the information requested is general information about the services provided.nIt is very difficult to help patients when interacting with uneducated and poorly qualified personnel.nMaribel was the one who answered me on the phone.
