Dr. Santos is just so kind! He’s given me some of the best advice I’ve ever received & I’m so grateful to have found him & his office. I recommend him & his wife to everyone I know. Even if I moved, I’d still keep them as my Doctors. If you want a Doctor who truly cares & is honest, stop looking & make your appointment with him right away!

Dr. Santos has been my doctor for the past 12+ years! He is an awesome physician who takes his time to listen attentively. He is also very caring. When I go see him I always feel like I just visited with not just a great doctor but a good friend. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Santos!!

Dr. Guillermo Santos is a friendly hometown doctor, who cares about your well being. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about his physician assistant, Yulie, who is completely unprofessional. I recently had my pharmacy submit a prescription refill to Dr. Santos’ office because I ran out of the medication! Yulie called to tell me the prescription would have to wait until I see Dr. Santos in two weeks! I am out of the medication and she wants me to wait two weeks. I asked her why I had to wait two weeks for a medication I already take and she tells me again because you’re going to see Dr. Santos in two weeks. When I asked to speak to Dr. Santos, she stated she discussed the matter with him and the decision is final. When I asked her to speak to Dr. Santos to reconsider, she told she’ll see if she can because they are seeing other patients. Her final comment to me, “It’s not like it’s a medical emergency.” I’m still waiting for Dr. Santos to call me.

Dr Santos is the best ! Great guy he listens to what you have to say and your concerns , and staff is really friendly too.
