This was my first visit to her office. All the staff was friendly and heeded me as I walked in to the office. I was also very happy that I was attended promptly at my scheduled time and did not have to wait to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was very kind and and answeer all my questions.

I am so thrilled to have found Dr. Mercade and her practice. Every visit is thorough and adequate time is allotted for the appointment always. You also are never waiting endlessly. I appreciate her ease and knowledge. I am a former New Yorker and our expectations and standards can be really high. Dr. Mercade and her team exceed all of them!
