Some of the staff is very nice and they give a somewhat good service....but I did not like how the office receptionists/employees would call me SEVERAL TIMES A DAY insisting that I SCHEDULE for my appointment. I KNOW that I’m due for my yearly teeth cleaning appointment so as a patient, I will call back whenever I am available and set up an appointment. It really shows how desperate they are for revenue and for patients. I’m not trying to be mean but they should relax a little bit about harassing patients constantly so they can schedule an appointment. When the patient has availability, THEY WILL CALL. There’s no need to blast my phone 3 times a day while I’m at work asking when can I come in for my appointment and leaving several voice mails. Ugh. They should really work on their boundaries with patients.nAlso, I thought this was something that was only happening to me but I spoke to another patient as well and they said that they had received the same harassing phone calls daily so I know I’m not the only one. I’m only giving this harsh feedback because I know they have the best intentions with patients and I want them to be better so they can continue in helping others.

Dr Domingo and his staff are amazing! Everything is clean and gone over properly so you understand what they're going to do for you. I drive all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Miami to see Dr Domingo because he is the best dentist ever! He is gentle, patient (because I get anxiety) and always does an excellent job! I highly recommend!
