Incompetent people. They ask alteration you send the alteration for them email you back saying the submittal will not be processed because they the alterations combined. You send it the alteration combined for then email you back saying the submittal will not be processed because they wanna the entire roof package combined with the alteration. You send everything revised combined for then say submittal will not be processed, and also the inspector can not see the reviews. Once you ask the clerk to do a conference with the inspector to see who is the incompetent they get hostile and said I should never had call the inspector, once he was the one who called me because he want approve but not getting the alteration. Conference call between 7:30 - 8:00 before the inspector leave for the route only. How 30 min is even possible for a entire city! Fix your people, fix your portal, and fix your procedure because is clearly not working!

In this place the workers are aggressive, rude, they treat people as if they were worth nothing ... as if they were doing a favor to the public.
