There was no sign and it looks like an auto repair shop

We bought a washer and dryer from then 8 months ago and everything was fine. So we went back to them to replace our fridge and stove. The stove's power cord didn't fit our outlet and the woman who was delivering it told me I would have to swap the cords out. She wouldn't do it. I thought this was strange since the guy who delivered my washer and dryer installed it all but I said fine and swapped the cables out myself.nnIn 2 weeks the stove gave me an error code and the oven wouldn't work. I called them and the lady who answered told me she wouldn't send someone out to fix it cause it was not business hours. It was a noon on Sunday, but she had delivered the stove on a Sunday. I guess they'll work on Sunday to make $400 but won't make a call to a technician. She said she would call me the next morning. She never called so I called her. Explained to her the problem (again) and she said that my stove was broken because it had bugs in it (it didn't) and that if the technician found evidence of bugs then they would charge me for the service call. She was very rude about it, to say nothing of her assuming I have bugs and that they've infested the stove, a diagnosis she made over the phone. Nevertheless I agreed to her terms, confident that the tech would find no evidence of bugs.nnNo tech ever came. We've called again and again. We've sent texts. She's dodging our calls. Left us high and dry with a broken stove while still under their 30 day warranty. We had to call a technician in ourselves and pay them to fix it.nnSo we bought 4 appliances from them. 1 didn't work and they wouldn't honor the terms of their own warranty. They were rude when I called them. Blamed me for the broken stove even though no one had checked it. And completely ghosted on us even though I agreed to pay for the service call if the tech found I was at fault. These people are shady. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reputable business.
