Short wait to e, long on patience and knowledge, caring, a awesome doctor!

Dr. Baptiste is very pleasant and exhibits he cares about his patients, their health and well-being. However, his wife Marie Baptiste who is also his office manager is very rude and difficult to work with, she has repeatedly not shown any empathy, compassion or concern for patients and their family members that are trying to take care of their loved ones.
