I am so pleased with my doctor. My co workers recommended Dr. Dejesus and I have been with him for three years. I trust him and I love how efficient his office staff are. Only negative is there phone service, they need some client service skills.

Let me first start off by saying that the staff at the 441 office are incredibly courteous and accommodating. The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because of Dr. De Jesus. He comes off very sweet and genuinely concerned but when you really need him, he's rude, dismissive and speaks to his patients as if he could be but so bothered. He treated me like a common pill popper when I was just asking for help as I hadn't slept in three weeks due to exacerbated insomnia. I asked him what medicine he recommended because the one he previously prescribed didn't help. He never told me the medication and rushed me off the phone even though I had none of my questions answered. You can never speak to him unless you pay and he let's his MA's do all his dirty work. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Best physicians in the community. Genuinely care about their patients. The staff is very warm and friendly. I love my doctors. Thank you for doing all you do to take care of our community through covid 19
