Called them to get a time for when a prescription would be ready and received a nasty attitude from the lady who picked up the phone. She said didn't the other pharmacy tell you 30 mins. I said yes but wanted to get a time from you guys. She then stated with an attitude that it would be ready at 10:00 or 10:15. I simply stated well that is longer then the original half hour you told them to give me. She was like well what would you like me to do. We got hit pretty hard and only open at 9am. Really! That is the customer service that we get. No wonder I don't come to this pharmacy!

The pharmacy dept had 5 min before closing she didn't want to wait for me been doing business for 20 something years
