Massey Services Pest Control

Had Jake Ward out today to adjust my yard irrigation equipment. I can not say enough good things about this young man. He ran through my entire system with me and adjusted numerous heads and advised me on other changes I should make. This guy is patient and knowledgeable. I am now under contract with Massey Services and as I am a snowbird, I have no doubt that he will look after my system while I’m away.nTom D.

They do ok with pest control but their yard maintenance killed several places in my yard. I still have piles of pellets of whatever they dumped on it laying here from a visit 4 months ago. I've since switched to TruGreen and will likely have to strip the chemicals they dumped off of my yard before I can even have new sod put down. No reply from them and I have even contacted corporate.

Do not waste your time or your money. My lawn had a PH issue where one half was fine and the other was low so my grass struggled in the low area. I had a great conversation with the Salesperson and he even drew up a map of my yard showing the area of interest that needed attention. The first treatment almost killed my entire yard. It turned all of my good healthy grass yellow and I still have areas where it has not grown back. I called the service manager to come take a look and he said he never saw anything form the salesperson about my situation. He also proceeded to lie to my face about the recovery and time frame of getting my good grass back to where it was. 2 weeks is not even close to reality. Every time a tech would come out to treat my yard, the did not have the needed lime or even knew of my situation. They had to get approval to do what I contracted them to do in the first place. I had to manage what the technicians did, so what am I paying for? My yard has not improved at all in over 6 months and has actually regressed in that time.nnMy view is that once under contract, they don't provide anything other than basic service that really doesn't do any good what so ever. The customer service is horrible. The managers of the lawn division need to all be fired. The response I received from my first incident was quite literally the worst I have ever had when expressing my concern with service. Again, all lawncare managers need to be fired.

I have been a customer of Massey for many years and have never had a problem. I love the quality service and if we ever had any questions or concerns they were prompt and knowledgeable about our questions. They always come out when the say.
