The people are very incompetent there. They could not find my photos i wanted developed . They lost them. They called me 1 year later and left an angry message as to why they were never picked up. I was out of town. When I got back the lady in menomonee falls store was very smug and nasty. She informed me that she threw them out. Never go to Walmart for anything photo. They have no clue what they are doing.
I never thought I'd have to return photos, yellow streaks throughout the pictures and pixels were distorted.
I was at the new Walmart on Silver Spring the 1 they moved from survive drive and I was in there for half an hour at the customer service desk a total of 45 minutes just speak to a manager the ladies were rude threatening me and very unprofessional I've been here 3 * now and I will never go back
