The service Is terrible On a 124th and Capitol drive they need to close up They don't know anything They mess up your phone and then they don't want to fix it up there T-Mobile service has went down T-Mobile service has went down You have to wait on the phone for hours calling 611 waiting for a representative to answer No one never answers there's never a call back Looking for new services
This T- Mobile is awesone! I had issue that other stores could've easily addressed, but they chose to give me the run around. The manager Steven was kind enough to address and resolve all my issues. If you're looking to buy a new phone or upgrade your old one, this is the perfect T- Mobile store to do so.
