Very pleasant customer service, always willing to help when needed. I've been coming here since we purchased our home in Brooksville and without a doubt its my dedicated store.
Just stopped here quickly to grab something and the cashier guy was sooooo incredibly rude to me and the gentleman in front of me. Mind you an elderly gentleman who only asked to use credit instead of debit and to please bag his order. The guy seemed to put out! Slammed my bottle down after he scanned it and Threw the debit machine at me and I had to ask for a bag also while he huffed and puffed. Like cmon if you’re that stressed call out man. Don’t ruin other people’s days. And from the other reviews I will not be coming back. And if the manager or owner sees this is was September 9th @ 4:45.
After 15 years, I'll never go there again. Yes, very rude service especially now !There is competition.
