Very long line with two cashiers. I ended up putting everything back and just leaving. Only giving it two stars because of the brands - lots of good branded merchandise to choose from at awesome prices. If they would step up their customer service skills, it would be beneficial.

Probably won’t go to this place anymore wanted to leave the moment i got there, half of the workers weren’t wearing their face mask even among the customers, this place don’t care about safety and strictly follow it. Allowing people’s in without face mask smh and worker’s who don’t even follow mandatory face mask.

I found some nice clothing and new tennis shoes, scarf and gloves. 1st visit.nThey don't have enough ck out people.nnBUT I AM ANGRY AT YOUR TV ADS. I purchased a DKNY jacket and a month later it’s seams where it was stitched together separated and not even in an area of stress. Just bad workmanship! I will not be returning if the so called “high quality designer jackets” fall apart after 5 times of being used. I am very disappointed. It still was an expensive coat even with Burlington’s prices!

We really like the prices as well as the selection. This was our third stop shopping for coats and it was excellent, even got a bunch of shirts we didn;t know we needed. Has the ambiance of a Goodwill store, but we didn't come here for ambiance. Loved it and will be ack again on future trips to Wisconsin!
