Review for 2021: Once again, two thumbs up to the entire staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc! Check-in was easy and uncrowded. All communication was friendly, prompt and clear. Our condo was sparkling clean and has what we need for our month's stay. we only had one minor issue which was quickly resolved. We have re-booked for next year before even leaving the island. Highly recommend this company. They are always there when you need them.

We rented our place on Marco Island from Marco Island Vacation Properties. The people (in particular Elizabeth and Donna) at Marco Island Vacation Properties are very efficient, polite, courteous and helpful. They knew everything about the property, took great pride in a property listed through them, and were ever helpful to address any thing during our stay. Their service was FIVE STAR quality. Donna and Elizabeth helped us with all the questions we had about the property and Marco Island before we got there. They exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are looking to rent a property on Marco Island look no further. Every person that works at this family owned business takes pride in their work as though it was their own business.

Andrew was wonderful to work with! The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and looks exactly like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Great location on a side street but very close to the main road and the public beach access. Balcony was so nice and quite and overlooks the pool. A light burnt out during our stay and someone was over within 15 minutes to fix it. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend!

This management company is as good as it gets. We've worked with them for over 7 years and have had all great experiences. Not only have we rented houses through them we also purchased a house and have them manage it. When you rent through them they are very easy to work with...from picking up the keys to reminder emails as to when the garbage and recycling needs to be put to the curb. If you own they can help with everything and the service Andrew provides is second to none. He is responsive and extremely polite. Without hesitation I recommend Marco Island Vacation Properties.

1120 Abbeville Ct Marco island.....This layout of this home was perfect. We loved sitting by the pool during the day and the evening, while overlooking the canal. The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We walked to Marco Walk Plaza every night for dinner and drinks and the beautiful beach is also just a short walk (or in our case a very short golf cart ride). Great beach chairs and cooler were provided along with beach cart and umbrellas. We will definitely stay again in the future!
