Island Escapes - Marco Island Vacation Rentals

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at 246 North Barfield. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area is very comfortable with very nice furniture. The dock has a lovely place to sit as well. It is pet friendly which was a big plus. The management company is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Definitely want to stay here again, great property.

Booked directly with Island Escapes for 1 month stay. No problems with check in or check out. They were able to resolve a minor maintenance issue within an hour. Location is central to island and easy access.

We had a 5 week rental on Marco Island -- Island Escapes was outstanding -- responsive and professional. The property was everything we had hoped for allowing us to enjoy a good part of a northern winter in a summer-like area.

Awesome management team! Amazing views from ALL around this house! From the room we stayed in, we had breath taking canal water views from our bed, overlooking the pool and lanai from our terrace, and the best place to wake up and have coffee. We had a manatee come right up to the boat dock, was truly a once in a lifetime experience. We also saw the biggest jelly fish in the canal also, I could sit all day staring at the water. So close to the beaches and easy access for boat rides. The house came equip with all the essentials you need, all I had to bring was my swimsuit!nThis vacation made 2020 amazing! #bestweekend2020

Our stay last weekend was more than amazing! The house was gorgeous, housed everyone and we still had space to spare! We rented a boat for a day and it was able to pick us up at the boat dock behind the house. The canal took us right out to Marco River and we were able to get to Keewaydin Island in less than 10 minutes! The house had the most hospitable amenities, including a coffee bar, oversized pool and waterfall hot tub, bicycles, pool toys, beach toys, and so much more! The pool lanai area was so luxurious. It rained our last day, but the lanai made it a light mist, we all love swimming in the rain, it was magical.nThe staff was the best! Hands down, best customer service I have ever received, we will be regulars for sure!
