Property continues to be great - location, and amenities. Well kept. Very convenient distance from public access to beach. Good neighborhood. We have been coming here for 5 years now. It never disappoints. Marco Island Rental Properties staff continues to be great to work with.

115 Landmark 1/2/2021 - 1/16/2021nParty of 4 enjoyed this home and found everything was as advertised.nThe weather was cool and the heated pool/hot tub performed perfectly.nThe dock is large and great for fishing and sunbathing.nHouse in excellent condition, good water pressure and plenty of hot water.nBikes and fishing gear was a surprise and appreciated.nVery close to beach, good restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, etc.nbut setting is a quiet residential area.nWe will definitely rent this home again.

Although the view is breathtaking, there has been much mismanagement during our stay. 1.The worst is - we were sent an email mentioning some construction in the building during our stay. This was not sent until after we re required to pay in full and could no longer cancel. Every morning (M-F) I am awakened at 8:00 am to drilling into cement. It goes on for hours. 2. The office did not turn on hot water heater or inform us of unit info such as passwords/combinations for storage. 3. After we reported the oven was broken, they had it fixed while no one was in the unit and without any notice. 4.The unit is original with all original floors, bath kitchen - no updates in 40 years. It needs paint and a really good cleaning. 5. We had to wash everything before using it.

Highly don’t recommend thus company! The lady’s son Andre is a complete arrogant and disrespectful to his customers. If you read previous reviews other say the same! My family rented a condo from them last May.. the condo was a utter and complete DUMP! The refrigerator was broken damaging our food, washer was broken locking our clothes in it, the plumbing was broken, and cockroach running around the apartment. Not to mention my son works for a very large medical company he was constantly not able to load his work or conferences calls due to the horrible WiFi.. the owner this company wanted us to rent to rent another place for him to work.. what a joke! We rented from them two other times before.. the places were not that great but we never complained. We have spent over 15K with them and this is how they treat repeated customers. Every time we rent from them we get our full security deposit back, so it’s not us. The problem here is this owner likes to defend her son and not her customers. She has a horrible temper and screams and yells on the phone. We were supposed to rent a condo through an owner and this rude lady refused to let us rent through the owner. She will not tarnish of reputation based on false facts and lies. Next time she should think twice before lying and making up stories. Burning bridges with a loyal customer is very wrong. She should understand the customer is always right and you should do anything to make them happy. Unless you want to deal with rude arrogant people I suggest you not to rent from them.. believe me BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.: they have them for a reason. Also I have photos / videos how dummy this place was.. I even have videos of them fixing the plumbing. She try’s to say we had over the amount of people.. another lie! The lady downstairs of the condo association never got any complaints or saw us with more people. Her son is just a complainer.

Marco Island Rental Properties have managed my three beach condos here on Marco Island for a couple of years now and have done a magnificent job from booking rentals thru exit cleaning w/Covid sanitizing. Great folks to work with.
