Very bad front desk argumentative towards clients.Was told I can’t talk to the doctor a year from now. Only person I could see is a nurse practitioner.

Rude and disrespectful when I came for my 1:30 appointment. After waiting a half hour they told me I was supposed to be at the lab at 11:00. I already had my lab draws the week before and had to insist I had a 1:30 appointment at which time they told me the doctor was not in. I asked why no call and they then insisted I was called. I showed them my phone with no calls and no voice mails. They still insisted on pushing the blame on me. No apologies, and when I suggested they review their processes so customers are not inconvenienced they rolled their eyes in disrespect. I called them to request they expedite my request to send my records to another facility and they still insisted they did nothing wrong. This is indicative of the type of care given in my opinion.

She is the most thorough Doctor that I have gone to in all of my 77 years.nI find her to give you all the time that you desire in the office. This doctor earnestly cares about her patients. I have told her many times that I do not worry about anything that is wrong with me because I know that she is worrying for me.
