The staff is very slow with everything. Permitting is such a process and the building department rarely ever answers the phone.

They should merge with fort Lauderdale city seems if water bill dont pay how they survive..high permit cost due to 3 rd party.nLenghty wait time for replies and email.keep on your toes with these places

I really wish i could give it more stars because Judy is awesome and so helpful, but those two other girls at the desk are always VERY rude and condescending, especially over the phone. They make it difficult to even ask the simplest of questions and get accurate answers
