I can't be polite anymore. After 3 months of trying to get my 2018 tax return corrected I am EXASPERATED. Not ONLY did Eugene miss one of our W2s, my husband and I got passed like foster kids to another H&R block branch. And we still have to bug people at that H&R block every week on the status or our return and our money back. This is exhausting. For over 3 months now we've been waiting for the money we are owed (NO SMALL AMOUNT, especially during a pandemic).nI AM NEVER USING H and R AGAIN!

Brian Beren gave a casual greeting, then seated me and started the tax preparation almost immediately. He efficiently went through the process answering any questions I asked. The time spent was businesslike and appreciated.
