I wish there was a cero star rating, my father book with this travel agency and when he tried to update the reservation he was asked to paid and additional fee, when we asked what was that for, they stated that was the costamar fee.nIs unbelievable this type of predatory practices no even the airlines are asking for the change fees. The fact that my dad still use them in this time and age should be enough for them to try to keep him as a customer.

Top service! Have bought dozens of international tickets or other international business over 15 years from Costamar and the service was excellent. In particular, Julissa in the Margate office arranged a same-day flight to see a loved one who was in the ER. They make doing the impossible...ROUTINE!

I called them to get information for their international parcel delivery service and they didn't know anything about it. I was passed around three times until I reached the voice mail of someone who wasn't there. Terrible customer service reminiscint of south america.
