Ascend Academy Charter High School

My daughter started at this school a few months ago. She just graduated and I am super excited! Everyone at this school is very professional, caring. Never had an issue.nnMy daughter is extremely excited as she is going into law school. Thank you so much to the entire team at Ascend Academy!!!

My son was struggling in at a well known high school in the area! Ascend Academy was recommended a few times to me by a Co-worker (parent) and a guidance counselor. I reluctantly enrolled my son, and it was the best decision! My son not only thrived, he did great!. The principal was awesome, just a great individual , patient, and understanding and relates to the kids. The teachers and staff were amazing with my son! Ms Johnson, Adam Rhodes, I cannot say thank you enough. I will continue to communicate and assist Ascend Academy in anyway I can, to enable them to succeed and move forward in helping kids achieve their goals. Great School.

While my kid was at this “school” he told me The staffs are highly rude and they spoke to the students how ever they wanted. As and adult u should show a better example. some teachers aren’t teaching well I sent my child here to pass and succeed i took him out and now he’s at a regular school and going to graduate and most of the kids there are extremely out of hand and failing and they aren’t learning anything . They show favoritism to current kids and I think all the kids need the same effect.

A school that polishes students’ minds. A school where if you want to succeed, it really is in your reach. You have to work to grab at that success and for an unfocused student that will be challenging. I finished early in the school year and was able to work full time and support myself before turning 18. You can too, but you have to work hard.nnThe school’s previous teachers had much more to be desired, but they did their job well enough. None more so than Ms. Johnson, the brightest, most educated and kind hearted English and ELA teacher at the school.nnThis school is the better choice when considering the schools in the area like Coconut Creek High, Coral Springs High, or Monarch High.nnThis school is for students who are focused and ready to learn.

One of the best schools I have ever been to! I recently graduated (May 31, 2018) and I can honestly say that Ascend has been a huge blessing into my life, and onto a sum of my friends. I’m thankful for the wonderful leadership under Principal Vincent Alessi and Vice Principal Adam Rhodes. If all else fails, Ascend helps succeed!
