I did not use Coach USA, but one of their drivers veered over three lanes with out signaling and almost pushed me into the median barrier while entering the east bound lane of I-91 from Barker Road.nnI called their safety office to complain and left them a message regarding their unsafe drivers. I did not get any response from the, and didn't expect to. Their safety isn't that important I guess.nnHaving previously worked in the transportation industry, we took driver very seriously.nnAll I can say is you have a choice so choose wisely! Avoid Coach USA
If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would. Pretty much, I lost my wallet on the bus and then contacted the main office to inquire about my lost wallet seeing if it was found by anyone but no one would give me a straight answer. I kept getting transferred to voicemail after voicemail... STILL NO WALLET and still no CALL BACK!! Never again!
Dispatcher Jim was very helpful. The drivers i've interacted with are extremely pleasant. Even going as far as to help you find your bus when you walk up to the wrong one. Unfortunately at least one driver wears a Chicago Bears hat which is troubling, he was also very nice.
This bus ride was horrible, the overhead luggage was squeaking the whole time, every time the brakes were used it sounded like a cat dying, the floors were full of dust, the bathroom toilet was overflowing. Overall this was a horrible experience
