I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and I have to give credit where credit it is due. One of the pharmacist named Tracy is amazing! She really does sincerely care about the clients who go there. She spent over an hour on the phone fighting with my insurance over a mistake they made just so that I can receive my medication that I literally cannot live without. Thank you Tracy and staff for all your hard work! Good work does not unnoticed! It’s comforting to know that there are competent workers at this pharmacy.

Awesome people & Great service. This is our favorite Food Store. The young baggers and cashiers are SO nice! The Pharmacy is great too !!

Tracy personally called me back and explained everything and was super sweet., so I’m changing my review. Thank you so much Tracynn’m shocked at the way my family and I have been treated at this pharmacy. First I called them just to make sure they had my prescription on file since we just switched to this pharmacy and they said no you’re doctor has to call and I told them my doctor has called you 3 times and they said rudely back “well they need to call back when it’s time.” You can’t just keep my prescription on file? Then my dad went to go bring in a prescription. Yes we knew it was early but just for them to hold it and not fill it. We would lose it and just to make sure they had it. it was THROWN back at him and said no it’s too early. We knew that. So disrespectful and rude

My doctor prescribed one medication, I called and they don’t have records of me .nI went 3 days later ,medications ready my records is there for a miracle. They never call me to let me know .nThe older white woman pharmacy technician is very rude , discriminated people . She need to be removed .nI don’t recommend this Publix at all.
