We had an appointment and I thought the worst and honestly, it went smoothly. Wear your mask, follow protocols and it went smoothly. The representatives were polite and patient. It did take longer than expected but if you come with patience. Everything will work out.

I made an appointment, when I got there it was a short wait, customer service was very good, yes I got what I went for.

Like every other government agency...slow and inefficient. Arrived early for a 10 am appt and 50 minutes later we're still in line.

I had an appointment. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Everyone working there was helpful and my business was taken care of easily and promptly. Very clean and they are adhering to safety protocols. I will return to this office in the future. Very pleased!

The employees are doing the best they can. Maybe if DMV computers and systems worked better, and maybe if customers respected the employees (you could at least wear a mask and keep your distance when cursing at them), these operations would run a little smoother. Edit: their management of lines is bad. There is space in the plaza for a large tree - plant one, please!
