Greg, the specialist at this office was very attentive to us. As soon as we walked in he acknowledged us. He answered our questions very detailed. If we did not understand his answer he would patiently give us examples to give us a better understanding. It's being a long time since I have experienced this type of service.nThank you Greg

In fact, they are not only rude, but incompetent!! People working there are not qualified for the job since they do not know much about any question you may have in case of doubts or clarifications. Kind of dummies!!! They should be more trained and polite since we pay a real money for the services they provide, or at least supposed to provide!
