One of the ladies at the door who was holding the paper is not so nice I was standing there with my cousin for about 30 minutes and she went to all the Spanish people first, I’m black. The lady who’s telling us to enter was pretty nice and understanding she looked like she was uncomfortable tho. I got in, the line went pretty fast so I would recommend you go by appointment, your number will get called pretty fast but that’s not why I gave this a one star. Once I got up there and I showed the lady all my paper work so that I could get my ID she told me that I needed two pieces of mail and that she couldn’t do nothing with one, so she told me to tell my mom to email her another piece of mail so I called my mom and my mom is at work so 20 minutes later she sent the mail, mind you guys my appointment was at 10:20 and I got there at 10 I didn’t end up leaving til 12pm and they started serving me around 10:50, so I walked back up there and she tells me that the mail has the address but it doesn’t have the city and the state... I already had a piece of mail with the city and state on it she told me to get another one to confirm the address... why do I have to confirm the state, does it make since for me to get my ID in a state where I don’t live... No so then I just ended up asking my sister to send me a piece of mail my mom has lying around and she’s still talking about the mail my mom sent like.. I have another piece of mail right here with all the information so she then tells me that she’s going on lunch break and she can’t assist me and to go to the lady beside her. So I went to the lady beside her and she got all my paper work done in less than 5 minutes and then she took my picture, I paid and I left. If you don’t like your job... quit

Typical motor vehicle office experience with the exception of the lovely woman who took care of me. She was courteous, friendly, helpful, kind, pleasant, polite! I cannot say enough good about this lady! Her computer signature pad malfunctioned forcing her to start reboot her computer,, which started us all over again and she was miss cool, calm and collected all the way through. I think her name was Belinda. Anyway, she is at the Margate branch and if you get the privilege of having her help, then you will have a blessed day! Because of her I didn't mind my 3 hour wait (their computers went down for most of yesterday morning). Her nephew died yesterday morning and she was still the best part of my experience! I pray God's blessings on her!

I had to get my driver's license replaced during the pandemic and once inside the service was great, getting inside was a different story. Understandably, you can no longer walk-in so now you have to make an appointment online. Appointments are about 3-6 weeks out and I can only recommend booking early. They are always running behind so don't expect to go in when you're time is called. However, once you're in it is incredibly efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm just glad I don't have to renew my license for another 5 years.

Nice clean place, nobody knows what they are doing. All new or in-training people, making mistakes. Supervisor just looking around, not helping. 2&1/2 hours for a 30 minute procedure. Just be aware, read your paperwork before you sign, as the woman checked all the wrong boxes. Good luck

It took a few months to get an appointment, but i finally did. I was in at about 8:30 and out at like 9:15 (i did my driving test) they were quick. Now that you have to have an appointment they were very quick and efficient. And they weren't rude to me at all! (if you need a DMV appointment email me, ill make one for you.)
