The staff is very patient and friendly, and they bent over backwards to accommodate my jewelry needs. The day I was there I was just looking, but walked away with a layaway and some rings sized, and a new ring that was so beautiful and unique that I knew I had to have it because no one else would have one like it. Their merchandise is hand selected and so unique and of excellent quality. There was a second piece that I fell in love with but I don’t get paid until Friday, and that’s when she mentioned they could do a layaway for me so I would have to worry about someone buying it before I got paid, and there was no minimum deposit or time limit for the payments. She said I could even do the payments over the phone so I wouldn’t have to keep coming in. They sized two rings while I was looking and she cleaned everything I had on out of courtesy. The customer service here is stellar, and I will now be making this my favorite place to buy jewelry and have my items sized, fixed and cleaned. Thank you so much Portier Jewelers!!!

The very best for Jewelry repair & styles to buy. Friendly, professional & quick response. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re growing & expanding their showroom. It’s definitely worth the drive to Festival Marketplace.

I have had a fantastic experience with Porter Jewelers the staff has been fantastic this time. Is also fantastic I would use this jeweler anytime anywhere and I have driven to do so this is where you need to be Portier Jewelers
