3T Radiology and Research

I went in for a CT Scan of my sinuses in January. After 2 hours of waiting for them to make sure my insurance would cover it, a manager walked out and asked why was I still there. I explained to him that I had been waiting for insurance verification. He then said that he would wave the fees and that I only needed to pay $100. Today, 3 months later I receive a bill for $150. I called and was told by Kim that the manager I spoke to no longer worked there and that I would have to pay the bill. Kim offered to remove $50 from the bill but said she could not honor what I was told because there was no notes on file. I work in customer service and if one of my managers told a customer they wouldn't have to pay for something, regardless if he left notes or not, I would honor it. I will not be coming back here and I will share my experience with anyone who's interested.

Fantastic little imaging operation here in Coconut Creek. I experienced warm, cheerful, and efficient service from everyone I encountered here that day: Layana (imaging tech), Kim (front desk attendant), and even the owner who directed me to the lobby when I'd walked into the clinic through the wrong door. Their technology is modern, from the imaging equipment itself to the payment system. Highly recommend this spot!

My mom was a “walk in” last week and the staff was so accommodating and kind. The technician was so patient and gentle as my mom was experiencing severe back pain. When looking for results, Tony was so helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend 3T Radiology in Coconut Creek for any imaging needs!

My mother went to have a CT scan but they couldn’t get her in due to them upgrading their CT equipment. The young man and lady at the front were very helpful and got us in right away at their sister center in Aventura we were able to get her test done quickly and results the same day.nI must also commend how well they handle patients concerns as we were a little upset because the equipment is being upgraded but they helped us get even our insurance authorization transferred to the Aventura center.nI would like to apologize for the other gentleman who was upset that morning (I know him personally he is our neighbor Frank) he has been upset lately with personal issues.

I visited today for a cardiac calcium CT. The facility was pristine, the technician very professional, and the procedure generally very efficient. There was sufficient space for social distancing in the waiting lobby. I am from out of town and was able to make a fairly quick appointment after locating the facility on Google maps.
